♡ DigiDessert Studio reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject matter, or other reasons.

♡ Terms of Service and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound to the Terms of Service and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

♡ Clients must be 18+ and legally able to commit to this agreement or have a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.

⭑꒷꒦ Payment Information ꒦꒷⭑

♡ All payments are in USD. Clients are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, fees, or transfer charges.

♡ For most commissions, at least 50% of payment is due upfront. The Studio may withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received.

♡ Non-payment may result in project cancellation and loss of rights to the work.

⭑꒷꒦ Usage Policy ꒦꒷⭑

♡ Usage rights are defined per commission. If commercial rights (e.g., for merchandise, branding, or resale) are required, additional licensing fees will apply.

♡ All work must credit the Artist within DigiDessert Studio unless otherwise agreed.

♡ Clients may not alter, modify, or edit Studio work without written approval.

♡ The Studio and Artist reserves the right to post and share commissions unless otherwise requested. Privacy requests may incur an additional fee.

♡ The Studio does not allow any use of AI to generate, alter, or reference our work.

⭑꒷꒦ Refund Policy ꒦꒷⭑

⭑꒷꒦ Communication ꒦꒷⭑

♡ Project details (scope, features, price, deliverables) will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Communication may occur via VGen, Discord, or agreed platforms.

♡ The Studio will maintain regular communication, provide progress updates, and seek feedback.

♡ Response times may vary, but please allow up to 24 hours for replies.

⭑꒷꒦ Engagement ꒦꒷⭑

♡ Clients must provide complete requirements, reference materials, and expectations before work begins.

♡ Clients warrant that they have the rights and authority to use any reference materials provided.

♡ We ask that Clients provide honest and helpful feedback so we can craft the perfect commission for you.

♡ The Studio warrants that it will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

♡ Both the Studio and Client agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (payment, project details, personal data, etc.) unless otherwise approved in writing.
